Can I change my dates or cancel my booking?
Yes, genuine changes are possible depending on driver and vehicle availability. We recommend informing us as early as possible so we can adjust your booking smoothly. Cancellation and refund terms will be shared before confirmation.
Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?
No. A deposit confirms your booking, and the remaining balance can be paid before or at the start of your trip. We accept payment in Sri Lankan Rupees or your own currancy, and the final exchange rate will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Do I need a visa to enter Sri Lanka?
Most visitors need an Electronic Travel Authorization before arriving in Sri Lanka. We recommend applying only through the official Sri Lankan ETA portal and checking the latest entry rules for your nationality before travel.
How early should I book my driver?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during the December to April peak travel season. Last-minute bookings may still be possible depending on availability.
Do you book hotels for us?
No. You book your own accommodation, so you keep full control of your budget, loyalty points, discounts, and preferred hotel style. Once your hotels are confirmed, simply share the names and locations with us so we can plan your pickups and daily routes properly.
Can I change the itinerary during the trip?
Yes. Your trip can be adjusted along the way. We recommend giving us at least 24 hours’ notice where possible, so the driver can plan the route properly and avoid unnecessary delays or extra costs.
What support do I get during the trip?
You will have WhatsApp access to our support team throughout your journey. In case of an emergency, your driver will assist you immediately and help locate the nearest hospital, police station, or relevant support service.
Can you accommodate families and children?
Yes. Our family-friendly trips can include a slower travel pace, more comfort stops, and child-friendly planning. Child seats and special family add-ons can be arranged on request, subject to availability.
What is the maximum group size?
Our Group Class vehicle can accommodate up to 8 guests, depending on the size and number of luggage items.
